Assassin’s Creed Mirage Is Coming to Your iPhone and iPad on June 6

Assassin's Creed Mirage

We first saw Assassin’s Creed Mirage running on Apple devices back when the company released the latest iPhone 15 series. That demo was in September last year, and Ubisoft said that the launch is set for “early next year.” While we have already passed the “early next year” phase, Ubisoft has finally confirmed the game’s launch date for Apple devices.

The Assassin’s Creed Mirage will be available on the Apple iPhone 15 Pro series and all the iPads running M1 or newer chipsets on June 6. Ubisoft has yet to confirm whether the game will be available on M-series Mac computers. The game is now available on the Apple App Store for pre-orders.

Of course, that doesn’t mean that you need to purchase the game to give it a try. Ubisoft is letting the Apple users to download Assassin’s Creed Mirage for free. But you can’t play the whole game. To unlock it fully, you will need to purchase it through the app.

What Assassin’s Creed Mirage Is All About

Assassin’s Creed Mirage throws you into the vibrant ninth-century city of Baghdad as Basim. Basim is a cunning street thief haunted by cryptic visions. Driven by a thirst for answers and justice, Basim finds himself entangled with the Hidden Ones, a mysterious ancient organization.

Embracing this new path, Basim sheds his life of petty crime to become a lethal Assassin. He hones his skills under the watchful eyes of the Hidden Ones. Basim masters the art of parkour to scale buildings with unmatched agility, the thrill of close-quarters combat, and the silent elimination of targets from the shadows.

If you crave a return to the core tenets of the Assassin’s Creed franchise – a gripping story, fluid parkour, and strategic takedowns – then Mirage is a perfect jump back into this beloved series.

Assassin’s Creed Mirage is like the older games. You’re an agile assassin relying on parkour and stealth kills, just like Ezio! The game focuses on a dense city full of story, instead of a giant open world. It’s different from recent games though. You won’t spend ages customizing your character or exploring a massive world. It’s a more focused story, meant to be played in 15-20 hours, and it ditches the modern-day stuff. Check out the trailer video attached below to learn more about the game.
