According to the affidavit, officers arrived at the scene around 12:30 a.m. One victim told police her boyfriend and Walker got into an argument that later turned physical.

She says while she and her boyfriend were in the driveway, Walker walked up to the man and told him, “I’m going to make your mother cry.”

That’s when Walker allegedly pulled out a gun and started shooting at the victims.

Both the male victim and Walker exchanged gunfire, resulting in the victim getting shot in his leg. He was taken to the hospital in critical condition.

The victim’s girlfriend later identified Walker as the person who allegedly fired shots.

Davian Walker is set to appear in court Friday morning.
