Leftist protesters wreak havoc in Portland, vandalize Oregon’s Dem headquarters

Left wing radicals  went on the rampage in a number of cities just hours after President Biden’s inauguration — smashing up buildings, clashing with cops and burning American flags, according to police and reports.

As  cities across the US were on high-alert for Trump-supporting right-wing militias, they were instead attacked by members of Antifa, who were assailing the Democratic president for not being left enough for their liking

Portland, Oregon, and Seattle, Washington — the main flashpoint cities for riots last year — saw hundreds of militants trashing buildings, many expressing outright fury at Biden’s call for unity.

“WE DON’T WANT BIDEN — WE WANT REVENGE!” read a huge banner carried at the front of a rally in Portland, along with a threatening image of an assault rifle as well as Antifa’s logo.

Video footage from the City of Roses caught others chanting “f–k Biden” — a message also scrawled on Oregon’s Democratic Party headquarters, with other graffiti saying the party was “still fascist.”

Several miitants  dressed all in black were then filmed smashing the party HQ’s windows, watched on by a large, cheering crowd, some holding umbrellas in a bid to block people filming the destruction.

Later, a mob of at least 200 vandalized the city’s Immigration and Customs Enforcement facility, with federal officers using tear gas and impact munitions several times, according to The Oregonian.

Protesters were also accused of hampering officers rescue people trapped in an overturned SUV, with responding officers having to call for backup just to rescue those trapped inside. No one was injured and it was not immediately obvious if the accident was linked to the melee.

At least seven people were arrested in Portland, with charges including carrying concealed weapons and assaulting peace officers, officials said.

In Seattle, at least 100 people took to the streets, chanting their allegiance to Antifa and smashing several businesses, including Starbucks’ first-ever coffee shop.

At least three people were arrested in the chaos, which included an American flag being burned and chants of “F—k Trump, f—k Biden too, they don’t give a f—k about you.”

One of the group, who only gave the name Anna, told The Seattle Times that they were against the moderate president because “calling for unity with people who actively want to harm people is disgusting.”

An American flag was also burned in Denver as a small anti-fascist group marched on the Colorado Capitol, according to ABC7.

In California, a group of around 60 people carrying “Blac Lives Matter” flags yanked aside protective barriers as they march on the state capitol in Sacramento, CBS 13 said.

One person was cited for carrying pepper spray, while reports that a car was carrying Molotov Cocktails later proved unfounded, the station said.
