    If anyone considers getting a large 42" monitor, first make sure you have a big table. You will need to scoot the monitor farther back than the previous monitor. Otherwise you'll probably start getting the feeling of motion sickness.

    I went from 32" monitor to a 42" Neo G7 and I felt it. It went away after doing the above.

    I found the best solution was to mount the monitor on the wall behind my desk at eye level height and slightly pull the desk back to get the best viewing experience, 3-4 foot, 1m, distance...and that's with quite a deep IKEA Malm desk.
