Yolonda Mumbulla, 19, was declared dead at the scene.

Derek Mumbulla, Yolonda’s father, told 7NEWS he spoke to his youngest daughter just last week.

“My daughter ... my youngest daughter, she is gone, I can’t say hello or goodbye, she’s just gone,” he said.

“I spoke to her just last week, we sat down and talked, we had a nice chat, then she didn’t come back home.”

Derek added, he wants someone to be held accountable for his daughter’s death.

“Somebody hurt her,” he said.

“All these people are getting hurt for no reason ... mother’s, wives and my daughter.

“Enough is enough, it’s got to stop.”

Yolonda’s friend Isabelle Pike echoed this sentiment, adding she believes the system “failed” Yolonda and her six-month-old baby.

“She reached out for help, and she was only 19, she had her whole life ahead of her, and it’s not fair that she went through that alone,” she said.

“She was always so happy, all she ever did was love people, she didn’t deserve that.

“We still don’t know exactly what happened to her, but I don’t know how someone who is such a good person can leave this world so quickly, it’s not right.”

Another friend described Yolonda as “a beautiful girl” and a “very loyal friend”.

“She never had a bad thing to say about anyone,”Alyah Pera said.

“She was always very bubbly and bright even if she was having a tough day, she’d say life goes on ... she was very hopeful always ... I’ll miss her very much.”

Pera has organised a GoFundMe page in her friend’s memory.

“With such sad and sudden news, we ask for your help in giving her a beautiful send-off,” she said.

“Yolonda always had such an uplifting spirit, she was funny, full of joy, and she was always there to help anyone.”

Neighbours have told 7NEWS they have been left “on edge” after a string of violent incidents in Sydney.

“The police have been here for a while, and they closed the whole street, so we definitely knew it was something serious straight away,” neighbour Bracha Kadoury told 7NEWS.

“We’re very sad about it ... and shocked as well.

“It just feels like ... what’s happening to this town? I’m a bit on edge.”

Two men charged

Detectives are looking at a number of lines of inquiry, including misadventure, police said.

“A post-mortem examination will be conducted to determine the woman’s cause of death,” they said.

A 32-year-old man, who had an outstanding warrant for unrelated drug charges, was arrested at the home and taken to Waverley Police Station.

Following his arrest on Tuesday, police searched an address on Flood St, Bondi, about 5.10pm and allegedly found 1g of methamphetamine and cannabis.

Police arrested a 34-year-old man at the home, who was also taken to Waverley Police Station.

The 34-year-old man was charged with two counts of possessing a prohibited drug.

He was issued a field court attendance notice to appear at Waverley Local Court on Tuesday, June 18.

The 32-year-old man was charged with the outstanding warrant for larceny value less than or equal to $2000, three counts of enter vehicle or boat without consent of owner/occupier, destroy or damage property less than or equal to $2000, hinder or resist police officer in the execution of duty, and goods suspected stolen in/on premises.

The 32-year-old was refused bail to appear before Downing Centre Local Court on Wednesday.

Investigations are ongoing.
