Eric Trump Suggests Biden Could Be Indicted for Cocaine Found in WH if Trump Loses SCOTUS Presidential Immunity Case

Eric Trump suggested that President Joe Biden could someday be indicted over cocaine found at the White House in the summer of 2023 — should the Supreme Court rule presidents do not have total immunity for their time in office.

Speaking with Fox News anchor Maria Bartiromo on Fox’s Sunday Morning Futures, the son of the former president fleshed out what he believes will happen should former President Donald Trump lose his case about presidential immunity — which is currently before the Supreme Court.

“The only people who are going to benefit are big law firms in Washington, DC — because they are going to go after every single president,” Eric Trump predicted. He added, “They’ll probably go after Joe Biden for having cocaine in the White House. They’ll go after Biden for raiding his opponent’s home.”

Eric Trump added, “The floodgates are going to open, and I guarantee you, Joe Biden will not have one foot outside of the White House doors before they start going after him legally, ruthlessly.”

Beyond the vague mention of “big law firms in Washington” there was no elaborating on who specifically would target Biden. If Donald Trump wins the 2024 election, he would ultimately appoint an attorney general and control the Department of Justice. The former president has repeatedly warned he could go after Joe Biden — if he wins the 2024 election.

“You better have presidential immunity, because that’s an awfully tough job,” Eric Trump said. “Tough decisions are made every single day. Mistakes are made, and presidents can’t be prosecuted.”
