Russian fertilizers’ loading in the Netherlands may end on November 29 — UN

The ship carrying Russian fertilizers blocked in Europe’s warehouses due to EU sanctions was to sail to Africa from the Netherlands on November 21

GENEVA, November 28. /TASS/. Loading of Russian fertilizers on board of a vessel in the Netherlands is expected to end tomorrow morning, official spokesperson of the UN World Food Programme Alicia Stafford told TASS on Monday.

"It looks likely that loading will complete tomorrow morning, with departure thereafter," the spokesperson said.

The ship carrying Russian fertilizers blocked in Europe’s warehouses due to EU sanctions was to sail to Africa from the Netherlands on November 21. Russian fertilizes will be carried by sea to Mozambique and then delivered by land transport to Malawi. Departure of the vessel was delayed due to poor weather, as reported earlier.
