A man was found dead Wednesday at a construction site in Tracy, and two teenagers were accused of his murder, the city’s police department said.
The body was reported at 8 a.m. at a site on Corral Hollow Road south of Interstate 580 where homes are being built for the Tracy Hills subdivision.
He was identified as Rodrigo Padilla Diaz, 52, of Tracy. Police did not report the cause of death.
Later Wednesday, two suspects were arrested; one was 18 and the other 17. Both were booked on suspicion of murder, kidnapping and carjacking, police said.
