MEMPHIS, Tenn. — An arrest has been made after a man was shot to death on I-240W Tuesday morning.
Brandon Herver, 25, is charged with Second-Degree Murder, according to Memphis Police.
A little after 7 a.m. Tuesday, Memphis Police responded to shots fired on I-240W near Millbranch.
One man was pronounced dead on the scene. Hervey was detained. Preliminary information suggests the shooting was a result of road rage.
According to Memphis Police, there have been 22 interstate shootings this year. This time last year, there were 40 interstate shootings.
